Bagaimana cara membuat trip?
Dari beranda, ketuk tombol tambah (+). Cari titik asal dan tujuan dengan mengetik nama tempat atau alamat, lalu pilih dari hasil pencarian. Tambahkan beberapa tujuan bila perlu, lalu simpan.
Kenapa Gaskeun meminta izin lokasi?
Lokasi dipakai hanya selama aplikasi digunakan, untuk menghitung cuaca di sepanjang rute dan memberi peringatan saat kamu mendekati titik dengan cuaca buruk. Lokasi tidak dikaitkan dengan identitasmu. Selengkapnya di Kebijakan Privasi.
Apa itu persona?
Persona adalah tipe perjalananmu, yaitu Goweser, Biker, Penjelajah, Pelari, atau Pengendara Santai. Persona menentukan nuansa kartu trip dan estimasi waktu yang menyesuaikan kecepatanmu. Bisa diganti kapan saja lewat ikon profil di beranda.
Bagaimana peringatan cuaca bekerja?
Saat tracking, Gaskeun memberi getaran ketika kamu mendekati titik yang mendung, serta getaran plus peringatan suara saat cuaca ekstrem menunggu di depan.
Dari mana data cuacanya?
Gaskeun menggabungkan prakiraan resmi BMKG, model cuaca global Open-Meteo, dan peta dari OpenStreetMap. Gaskeun tidak menggantikan peringatan resmi, jadi selalu utamakan keselamatan.
Trip saya hilang setelah ganti perangkat
Trip disimpan secara lokal di perangkat demi privasi, sehingga tidak berpindah otomatis antar perangkat. Kamu bisa membuatnya kembali dengan cepat lewat pencarian alamat.
Estimasi waktu terasa berbeda dari aplikasi navigasi
Estimasi Gaskeun berbasis kecepatan rata-rata personamu, bukan lalu lintas real-time. Fokus utamanya adalah jarak dan cuaca sepanjang rute, bukan waktu tempuh presisi.

How do I create a trip?
From the home screen, tap the add button (+). Search for your origin and destination by typing a place or address, then pick from the results. Add more destinations if you need, then save.
Why does Gaskeun ask for location?
Location is used only while the app is in use, to compute weather along your route and warn you as you approach bad-weather points. It is not linked to your identity. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
What is a persona?
A persona is your travel type: Goweser (cyclist), Biker, Penjelajah (explorer), Pelari (runner), or Pengendara Santai (easy driver). It shapes the trip-card look and time estimates that follow your own pace. Change it anytime from the profile icon on the home screen.
How do weather alerts work?
While tracking, Gaskeun buzzes as you approach a cloudy point, and gives a buzz plus a spoken alert when extreme weather waits ahead.
Where does the weather data come from?
Gaskeun blends official BMKG forecasts, the Open-Meteo global model, and maps from OpenStreetMap. Gaskeun does not replace official warnings, so always put safety first.
My trips disappeared after switching devices
Trips are stored locally on your device for privacy, so they do not move automatically between devices. You can recreate them quickly with address search.
Time estimates differ from my navigation app
Gaskeun estimates are based on your persona's average speed, not live traffic. The focus is distance and weather along the route, not exact travel time.
